Today I decided to write in english, because it is faster this way~[:)]
I visited an university today (UC Riverside)! I registered as chemistry major, so I went to visit the science department and its classrooms. I only toured the upper division chemistry building, and I saw many complex and expensive machines. If I remembered right, the professor said one of the machine costs $500,000 dollars(USD) and the other one costs $1,200,000! If I ever break one of those, my mother would definitely disinherit me...= =
UC Riverside is by far the plainest UC school I had ever visited. The buildings are plain, the weather is hot, and the campus is so HUGE. I guess there is no way to walk to class on time...I better start learning how to drive a car and ride a bike...[:|]
The thing I am worried about is the housing. I live 45 minutes away from UC Riverside, so if money really becomes an issue, I would have to live at home and drive to school. That means waking up an hour earlier each day... [X-(] Many of my classmates dislike UC Riverside, which made me wonder whether it is because of the school or the region the school is located at. Why~ What is wrong with the school, guys!?[:O]
Another thing I am worried about is my major! My father suddenly told me today that it is best to study both biology and chemistry...WHY DIDN T YOU SPEAK UP BEFORE I REGISTERED!?[X(]
I would have to consider taking biology as minor, which would make my college life sad and stressful... [:@] I do not think I can graduate university within four years...
Oh well~ The only thing I can do now is look forward and hope I will not break any of those expensive machine when the time comes...
