超好吃的QQ肉--媽咪的私房菜
這是我親愛的媽咪教給我的私房菜,很下飯唷
材料:
五花肉約2-3斤
大蒜隨意
可果美蕃茄汁一瓶
醬油半杯(量米杯)
油一杯(量米杯的量)
糖-1-2匙
鹽巴一小匙
米酒1-2匙
胡椒粉少許
八角一顆
辣椒(愛吃辣的可放)
蔥花
水約300CC
做法:
1.五花肉洗淨切塊,瀝乾(或放進乾的炒鍋,快速炒乾)

2.開中火,倒入油,放一小匙鹽(減少油爆),放進五花肉拌炒.

3.改小火,蓋上鍋蓋,(留一點小縫讓蒸氣跑出來)讓豬肉的油脂盡量炸乾

4.注意每隔一些時間,去翻動一下,免的燒焦(此步驟最重要)

5.五花肉油脂差不多炸乾後,熄火,把多餘的油倒出.

6.鍋中留一些些油,放進蒜頭炒香,加入醬油.蕃茄汁.米酒.糖,胡椒粉炒勻(佐料視個人口味做調整)最後放入水約淹過肉即可

7.蓋鍋蓋,轉小火,悶煮到爛
